Internal Partitions
Plasterboard sheets fixed to either metal or timber framing with the desired acoustic/fire properties. A faster, more cost-effective and efficient way of forming internal partitions.
Suspended Ceilings
A dropped ceiling is often a secondary ceiling, hung below the main (structural) ceiling. It may also be referred to as a drop ceiling, T-bar ceiling, false ceiling, or suspended ceiling, and is a staple of modern construction and architecture.
Tape and Jointing
The plasterboards are tapered edged (TE) to allow the jointing tape to sit below the finished surface. Taping and Jointing is normally a 3-stage process.
Plastering
The application of a two-coat plaster to provide a highly durable, smooth to the touch, additional soundproofing finish.
Rendering
Traditional sand & cement render or new through-coloured renders such as K Rend, Webber, Parex and Marmorit.
Screeding
Traditional 4/1 sand & cement with fibres screed. Acoustic isorubber and HD10+ membrane to comply with Robust Details.
